  Jessica the 'shift lead' hung up on me after I called to let them know that four straight days in a row I've been given the wrong order. I laugh because she got so defensive and hung up just because I asked her why it was so hard to leave out the sugar in my iced coffee. She told me they were to busy to allow me to speak to a manager and to call corporate to make my complaint. Hope they realize that people like Jessica are why repeat customers have stopped coming in.

  I will never go there again! I have been going to that Dunkin everyday for months even though almost every time they mess up the orders and coffees. BUT after this morning I'm going to make a call. They treated me and my mother like were a piece of crap! They screwed up our order so bad and when I told them what they messed up and to please fix it they got so mad and gave me a disgusting attitude and threw our whole order in the garbage because I asked them to change the donuts to sprinkled ones because they gave me a dozen of plain nasty ones. The workers were all talking about me and my mother laughing and starring at us and then told us not to come back there again. There lucky I didn't go in there! They are ignorant to everyone and don't even know how to make a damn coffee!!! They need to be fired and slapped in the mouth!

  One of the best Dunkin Donuts I've ever visited. Fast, friendly, great coffee, and they always remembered my order.
